I pride myself on customer service & am very quick to recognize and affirm people and businesses when I receive impeccable customer service. I must say that the customer service received from Vic, Tina and One Voice deserves a HUGE affirmation!! It has been a while since I have dealt with a company that not only has extremely friendly & knowledgeable representatives, but the customer service we received from this organization has been IMPRESSIVE!!

In May 2001, our credit union was at a crossroads. Our old phone system was just that: old. Service and maintenance for it was not longer offered, and while it had served us well for many years, it was time for a change. I contacted the usual suspects of the communications industry who provided telecom services for businesses. While each one was acceptable, I just wasn’t getting that warm fuzzy feeling that the company was going to take care of us, take a long-term interest in our needs. Sure they could provide the hardware and software features I wanted in a phone system, and their reputations suggested they would be around for years to come. But still….. Nothing just felt right; it was all smoke and mirrors in their presentations and sales conversations. I needed not just a phone solution, but a long-term partner who would know our telecom needs and provide solid solutions without overselling just to make a sale and move on.
During a call to a business friend, I told him I was looking for a new telephone solution and a partner who could meet our needs and stay with our credit union for a long time. He suggested Vic Bailey and OneVoice Communications. I called Vic, discussed with him our needs as a small business, what I wanted in terms of current communications technology, as well as future growth and technology options. Vic met with me, presented a system that was light-years beyond our existing system, and provided assurance that the hardware and software was expandable and upgradeable. For fifteen years OneVoice has continued to be our communications partner. We upgraded our initial system hardware once and had multiple software upgrades. All smooth and without interruption. Within the past few months we made the decision to replace that system and go with Voice-over-IP phones (VoIP). This required an entirely new hardware and software replacement, which was again smooth and without significant interruption to our daily work of serving our credit union members.
